DIFI has tried to make operating a booth at the A World A’Fair as easy possible while providing a safe, fun, interesting and educational experience for our attendees.  To this end DIFI has produced a series of guidelines that all participating organizations are expected to understand and comply with.  Due to the large (several thousand) number of workers and entertainers, almost all of which are unpaid volunteers, it requires a sustained effort to make sure they all have an appropriate knowledge of what we expect.

Members of the ethics committee and officers are generally somewhere on the floor most of the weekend and while they are not looking for “violations” if something becomes a problem they are all authorized to take steps to correct it.  Most of the time it is a matter of just not knowing and that is easily corrected.
